Usually when its only that many digits, thats your celluar provider either sending you a message like when you want to see how many messages you have left, a digit number will send you a message from your provider showing you or you phone itself has some sort of error.brbrIm not positive, but I dont think theres any place in the world that uses only a digit phone number, its usually in america, in other countries.

if its a CDMA verizonsprint phone it will be easy to track by reporting it stolen and having your provider check the gps location. if its a GSM phone atttmobile all they have to do is remove the sim card and it cant be tracked.brgood luck

mobiles and texting have ruined this generations communication. What ever happened to people using a normal house phone or even walking to places rather than texting to communicate! Although phones are very good if there is an emergency. it would be so much better if there were less of them. They make teens very antisocial and rude! If we need to talk to people we should talk to them face to face its easier and simpler. Phones are also a danger when texting, because you dont always know whos on the other side. Thats why with talking on a phone its different because you can recognize the voice. Phones should only be used for emergencies!!

ABSOLUTELY! The parent is the one that has to sign for the phone and is under contract for that phone. The parent is usually the one that pays the bill. Parents are responsible for not only the phone but the child until they are of age. brbrDefinitely, as a parent you have every right and responsibility to know what is going on with that phone. Does not mean you have to listen in on private conversations between her friends but it does mean you need to know WHO her friends are and whats going on with it.brbrPersonally I always let my children use MY phone when they needed it when they were growing up. I think hes a little too young to have an iPhone. If you think he really deserves it, then make him show you that hes responsible enough to take care of a phone like that. Maybe get him a more simple phone. When he gets a bit older, get him the phone. If your gonna get him that phone, the dont give him the allowance, because that would just mean that hes plain spoiled. Theres truly no need for a year old to be walking around flaunting her phone, when she is too young to have a good excuse for one. She may just want it to be cool.
