Do you think the iphone is to high tech and expensive for a year old?

I wouldnt think too high tech, they may be able to use it but it is too expensive to give a kid at . What is so wrong about a normal cell phone... I know that I would love one, but would never buy one because I would probably break itIm hard on phones. If said kid wants one, let them use their money and save up for it.
