After Declining PlayStation Sales do you guys think that A PS will be released after pss lifespan or will Sony take PlayStation brand from consoles to Handhelds only ex Instead of PS they make PSP

Sony is not going out of the gaming industry thats for sure. PS is imminent as we even have Sony official stating that PS will probably see the light of the day in or . There is absolutely no way Sony is going to release a new console before . brbrI mean, the PS has just been around years my friend. No one talked about the PS when the PS was years old, so why the talk now? As mentioned by sony, PS has a longer shelf life than PS, so we can actually expect the next PS in then PS will coexist with PS just like PS now with PS. brbrThe initial years have been hard for PS. But things sure are changing. Last year, both the consoles the PS and the sold about . millions console each infact PS actually sold more units but just by a very very little margin thanks to MGS. PS outsold the in has sold around million consoles till date, nearly million of them were sold in when it was launched, plus . last year which means only million were sold in compared to million PS....Sorry for the math, but the stats do justify one thing and its that PS isnt a failure, cause if it is, then so is the . brbr is bound to have more console sold cause the thing is a year older. Also, with Killzone coming out this feb, I can safely bet that PS will outsell the for at least months same thing happened when MGS was released. With a price cut in April, again more Ps will be sold. I wont compare both the next gen consoles to the Wii cause in my opinion, Wii isnt even a next gen console. Its competing with the PS and so comparing it with the PS is not right.brbrAs far as ditching PS for PSP is concerned, I again will say that it would probably be the worst decision.
