It is a major part of my life! LOL! But I would recommend a cell phone to ANYONE, a prepaid to the ones that quotdont need itquot. I work in the WalMart Connection Center cell phones and I come in contact with people who said they need one only because they broke down the day before and didnt have one to call for any help! Great for emergencies and lot of the prepaid companies are offering one year cards, like Simple Freedom. With them, you activate it online free minutes and pay . at WalMart for the one year card comes with minutes and pay . for the cheapest phone. You just paid less then for minutes and they dont expire for one year. It is run by Alltel so they work EVERYWHERE at least they avertize they do and if you are REALLY using it for emergencies, then that minutes will last the year. I pay per MONTH for my two cell phone I do need them, I talk mainly nights and weekends, for a YEAR is GREAT for someone who DOESNT need them!
